Who hasn’t been afraid of the monster under the bed? The heroines of the film decide to confront their difficult emotions, aided by drawing the monster. All three friends have moved with their families from countries currently at war: Myanmar, Iraq, and Afghanistan. However, each of them ended up in the Netherlands for a different reason.
