A self-reflective documentary about a sisterly bond tested by the struggle with eating disorders. What began in childhood as an innocent game of dieting gradually turns into an obsession for Eisha, eventually leading to anorexia and a difficult fight with the illness. Years later, the director returns to these experiences, analyzing the impact of the pressure to achieve a perfect appearance, perfectionism, and growing up in a migrant family in Quebec.
